The overall service of the hotel was nice, particularly the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and modern. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel because it was close to many great shops and restaurants.

Our experience at the hotel was not entirely positive. We encountered a few issues during our stay which were very disappointing.

Our romantic escape to this hotel was just perfect! the overall service and environment were amazing, making us feel like royalty. the staff was very professional and kind, always making sure we had everything we needed. the decoration of our room was modern and impressive, we stayed in a duplex room that was just breathtaking. We loved the fact that the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to explore all the key tourist attractions. Another thing we enjoyed was the reasonable price for such a luxurious experience.

we did notice that the hotel could improve on the selection of food offered at their restaurant.

the hotel's location made it incredibly convenient to access key areas of the city. Our duplex room was beautifully decorated, offering modern amenities and ample space to comfortably accommodate my family of four. the staff's hospitality was exceptional, making it a truly memorable experience. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and were happy to take advantage of the outstanding facilities, including an indoor and outdoor pool.

One small issue we encountered was with the bathroom, which could have been a bit larger to match the generous size of the rest of the room. Nevertheless, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not impact our overall wonderful stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff members were very professional and hospitable. The hotel facilities were superb and everything was immaculately clean. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the location of this hotel was very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby shopping options.

Everything was fantastic.

We had a delightful time enjoying all the exclusive amenities this venue has to offer. the Spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to relax and indulge in a Full body massage. the Indoor swimming pool was heated and had Sun loungers for ultimate comfort. the Restaurant had a variety of options, including Special diet menus, and the Bar/Lounge area served a variety of beverages.

Although the hotel staff provided us with exceptional service, we encountered a slight delay in receiving Coffee/Tea in the lobby.

Luxurious, high floor rooms, spectacular views, well equipped, great breakfast.
